Service Description

I use various instruments to help measure, evaluate and quantify strengths and growth opportunities to help assess ways that you can grow. Examples include using DiSC assessments for communication styles/skills, the Table Group's Team Assessment to evaluate team dynamics, the Thomas Kilmann model for conflict management, and the Mental Toughness Questionaire, among others. These assessments can be used in the context of personal coaching or as part of group workshops.
